Business Advantage
Corporations, Partnerships and Sole Proprietorships required documentation:
- Corporate financial statements for two years
- Corporate resolution indicating borrowing authorization
- Two years past tax returns
- Personal financial statement if credit limit request is over $5,000
Non-Profit or Unincorporated Associations required documentation:
- Article of Association that contains by-laws and defines entity as an association or corporation
- Financial or cash flow statements for two years including beginning and/or ending cash, receipts and expenses
- Statement of assets and liabilities
- Corporate resolution indicating borrowing authorization, and meeting minutes indicating where decision was made to approve credit
